On my journey of research and trying everything I can to heal my body, Elena has been one of my greatest sources of help. She is a healer, and let me explain what that means.
When I see Elena, she has this incredible ability to see through the smoke and mirrors. Even if I tell her everything is fine, she helps me uncover the truth. I can’t hide anything from her. She sees beyond my smiles and helps me get to the root of my problems. Sometimes, these issues are buried so deeply that I didn’t even know they existed. But when she brings them to light, during our sessions, I realize how much those emotions – ones I’ve convinced myself aren’t a problem – actually impact me.
Elena will ask me where I feel these emotions in my body. I can always pinpoint the exact spot, and when I do, it’s a powerful tool for healing.
